Validation of educational qualifications

Argentine Primary and Secondary School Qualifications

The recognition of Primary and Secondary School Qualifications can be obtained at the provincial offices of the Italian Ministry of Public Education (PROVVEDITORATO AGLI STUDI).

In order to carry out this practice it is necessary to submit the whole school documentation authorized by the Argentine Ministerio de Educación and by the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional y Culto, with Apostille of the Hague Convention. (This authorization can be done even at the main offices of the Notarial Chambers)


Later on, it is necessary to apply to the Italian Consulate of his/her jurisdiction/home country to ask for a “Certificate of equivalence of qualification.

Italian qualifications one has to have recognized in the Republic of Argentina

On the web page of the Ministerio de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología (www.me.gov.ar/validez) one can find the current regulations for the validation of primary and secondary schools attended abroad. The Agency responsible for the validation of the studies is the Departamento de Validez Nacional de Títulos y Estudios, whose offices are in calle Pizurro 935, Buenos Aires
